What do you expect it's Jupiter. It's all about that zip code.

Flora and I drove by the new Jupiter Florida RV Park being built. It is supposed to open in March but I doubt it will happen - saw no clubhouse or any amenities - just sand and some pipes sticking up.. Looks fairly large but we were not impressed with what we saw at this point.

FWIW two fellow IRV2 members have just purchased sites and pads at Willow Lakes RV and Golf resort. No I don't work here just live here! Having a new S/B being built. John, I have been so busy with the house and trying to trade my coach, to no avail, welcome to WL I'll stop buy and say HI! Almost across from your site.

Are you having a S/B built at Willow Lakes?

Yes, along with the pad right by the S/B. Lots of options here even a roof over RV portal for any size MH. Check out the web site. Truly the best kept secret in RV land so nice, very laid back, great neighbors, lots to do, no heavy traffic. Just watched a rocket launch from the yard couple nights ago, very cool.

Wonder if the Canadian exchange rate will affect some prices. The park we are in is 1/3 Canadians. Could be that they are able to withstand the extra cost. Not sure??
Looks like everything costing them 20% more that last fall ??

Our real estate values are FINALLY recovering. It is supply and demand, the cold winters up north year after year have more to do with it than the value of the Canadian $. More Baby Boomers retiring, more cold winters up north = more demand for FL real estate. All of us that live here, hope it will cost 20% or more next year too. We have been clobbered on our home values.
