Vendor for Cornerstone steps

Is anyone able to tell me the name of the vendor for the Cornerstone (2017) retracting steps? Someone drove into our campsite tonight and drove up on the bottom stair of the retracting steps, skewing them over and forcing one side down out of the tracks. It's a bit of a mess. Of course now they don't retract and I'm going to need parts, and at least some idea of how to take them apart. The driver was very apologetic of course, but that won't fix the steps - that's up to me. Grrrr.

I'm sure Entegra can get me the info, but I wanted to get a head start on this.

Thanks,

Frank

You are much more forgiving than I am. I would get his insurance info and let the two of them worry about it. JMO.

I know, Chuck - it's a she and there is a lot more going on I'm afraid. If it was a normal circumstance I wouldn't even hesitate, but I'm going to have to fix this -

Frank

Can't imagine anyone that close to my coach in an automobile. I haven't looked closely but the slides look like regular drawer slides just one on top of the other. Good luck getting it fixed and keep us informed. Actually, I'd like a photo of the damage if possible.

Looks like the high priced spread: https://www.amazon.com/Lippert-Compo...XSPPWVA288364N

Sorry frank. I pictured the situation much different. I hope the steps are repairable instead of replacing them.

Those are the ones, Dan - thank you for this information. Yesterday was about as bad a day as one can have, but this morning I awoke - still here - and life will go on. In a couple of weeks this will be a distant memory.

You know when things start going bad at such an alarming rate that you just want to go stand in a corner and avoid the shrapnel? That was yesterday - one thing after another and then a night of wide eyed - non sleep - trying to figure things out. Thankfully we're parked for a few days and we can let things settle. Hopefully we passed whatever the test was

Cheers!
Frank

Found the diagrams through Lippert - they were very helpful - parts are ordered. I will post photos later.
