Wall next to fresh water

There is a non-opening panel in front of the door side rear wheels. I believe it holds the fresh water tank. I don't want to remove this panel yet.

I would like to add a few cargo ties to the wall so I can stabilize some stuff in the last bay. Any chance of drilling through the wall (which also has two filters attached) and causing a problem ? Or should I just wait until I have the time to remove the panel before continuing.

The panel tilts up. There are 2 screws in the bottom of the panel. It is hinged at the top. You will need a stick to hold it open

You don't mention your year/model. On my coach there is quite a bit of clearance between the wall(s) and the tanks. On small section is held in by velcro with a pull tab. The other section is secured by small easily-removable screws.
