Watch for loose screws!
We were driving down the road and our night shade fell down. It scared us to death! So, you might want to tighten them. Just a note....Entegra customer service is great. We could not ask for better. All new coaches have issues, but they really come to the plate.

I assume the windshield shade, what brand shade do you have. Did it lower or just fall out of the bracket. Thanks

Are you talking about the windshield shade? If so, that would have scared the poop out of me. Gotta love new coaches, there is always something. Ours had a hunted cargo door. It kept flipping open down the road. Glad another driver told us about it because I would have never noticed it.

I had a suspicion that some of the people on this forum had a screw loose. Now I know for sure!

What do you mean by "fell down" Did it fall out of its holder or did it stay in place and the screen itself came down?

I have long said many RVers have a few screws loose.. Usually followed by some of the screws I have had to tighten around here and on neignbor's rigs in campgrounds... You just added to the list. Thanks.

As a suggestion, a #2 square driver on my last coach after every long trip found numerous loose screws for the first year. I found that air screw guns at the factory are not 100%.

It was the big white night shade on the drivers side. I came out of its brackets and hit the dash with a bam! Quite scary when driving down the road. We were already having problems with the motors on the sun shades. The passenger side would not go up (we had to roll it up and clip it up so we could see while driving). The driver's side ( day sun shade) would not come down. We got those fixed yesterday...both had bad motors. The motor on the big night shades were fine, but was apparently loose from its brackets. The guy that worked on them said that the( day sun shades) had a few loose screws too, so they may have come down at some point too. Just thought I would give everyone a heads up to check those screws before driving down the road.

Good heads up and I will add that to my check everything for being tight list. It was amazing how many things I found loose on my last coach in the first year. IIRC, I think one of the front shades were loose on that one too.
