Water around the AC ducts.
We are in Destin FL and the humidity and heat index is off the chart. Heat index of 112 degrees with 77% humidity today. Started to notice the the AC ducts had water droplets building up. Also noticed that zone 1 & 3 units were holding 74 degrees (where I set them) and not running all the time, but zone 2 read 84 degrees, though zone 2 seem a bit warmer, overall the coach is staying comfortable in this extreme heat. Any idea on why zone 2 would be 10 degrees higher?

In those weather coonditions you should have your AC fan set on high, not auto. If you don't have them set on high try it, it may resolve the moisture problem.

Welcome to my world Humidity and condensation is something that happens in FL. Not having the A/C set too high will also help. We keep ours 76-78*any colder and the A/C can start to "sweat" If you get the humity cold enough it will condensate.
It sounds like zone 2 Temps sensor is not working properly. Might try removing it checking for construction debris behind it.

We carry a dehumidifier for dayside this. We set it at 50%, we have to empty it every night. Here is another reason you need one for RV & S&B. anything over 60% humidity is the environment for mold. Anything below 35% is the environment for dust mites:( it also helps reduce the work load on your A/C. Been using them for years!

Dehumidifier cost approx $200 I believe for a 50 pint reservoir from Home Depot or Lowes.

We don't have a lot of water just droplets around the vents. No moisture build up on the windows. Heat index of 114 today with 65% humidity. I will bump up the temp settings and run the AC units on high and see how she goes.

I also store with a dehumidifier with the drain hose running into the kitchen sink. I can go a several months without have to drain the gray tank. I bought the smallest one I could get so it would sit on the kitchen counter. Sure keeps the stored MH smelling nice and fresh and no mold on the walls.

As a fellow humidity dweller in Florida, I'm interested. What dehumidifier do you use?
The funny thing about Florida is visitors always complain about the humidity but then remark about how their skin feels so moist. I also notice in the depth of the summer my high temperatures are 10 deg lower than the Midwest and the evening always brings cool breezes compared to stifling nights in the Midwest.

Dave, I believe mine is a Whirlpool, not sure it's at the hanger, and it is the 30 pint model. The box stores change brands every season and I have had this one since the Travel Supreme. Do keep your receipt during the warranty period some do go out and have to be replaced. This is my 3rd one in 10 years, but worth it and mine runs 24/7 when stored.
Example from HD web site. Connect a short piece of garden hose to the hose connection and put it right in the sink drain and let it run. Put a towel under the the dehumidifier to protect the counter top. GE 30-Pint Dehumidifier-ADEL30LR at The Home Depot

Yesterday was hotter and more humid than the day before. Heat Index of 114. I turned up the AC temp up bit to 76 and on high instead of auto. Results was no droplets.

Glad it worked. Many have a problem adjusting to the humidly when the heat index gets that high. On a S&B the A/C will freeze up literately with ice then it stops working completely. You should hear tenants when that happens
