I just changed water filters and the cartage was Flow Guard 8 we went to CW and all they had was a 5 . Can someone tell me the difference between a 5 and a 8 and should we always look for a 8
Thanks in advance

5 has KDF media - which helps protect against bacteria growth, which loves regular untreated carbon media
