Water lines in the Water Bay
We own a 2015 Anthem, 44B, and do not fully understand the design of the water lines in the driver's side water bay . If anyone can answer the question, please address the lines labeled A through I, in a "From/To" format. Thanks for helping me grasp this design.

These water lines are for the low point drains as well as for the winterizing line.
The water line on the right hand side is for sucking the pink stuff for winterizing or you can use this line for sucking up a cleaning solution for sanitizing your fresh water tank.
In most cases, all of those valves should stay off unless you're draining your lines or tank. You should also have a drain valve in front of your drive tires on the passenger side. This drain goes straight to your fresh water tank.

Thanks Dave, but I'm looking for the details for each labeled line. In general, I already knew what you posted, thanks, but I'm clueless on where these lines run from specifically.

Jim, it was a pleasure meeting you in Perry as well. I have had the same water lines in the last 2 MH's and still not sure where they really end up. Fifteen years of travel and outside of draining the lines and now on the Entegra being able to pump water into the tank with the winterizing hose, I have never had a need to know I open the tank drain and the low point drain on the P/S and the water tank does drain faster than the Travel Supreme did.

Thanks Chuck. I've submitted this photo to Entegra CS today, and hope they will respond. We really should have answers to this basic design question. Maybe someone else here can answer this. We're still in the Perry area, hanging out at a Coast to Coast until Sunday, then onto Savannah.

I did tap into the tank drain line on the Travel Supreme and added a faucet bib for washing the coach with on board tank water. Outside of draining the inside lines, never had a need outside of that.
Enjoy Savannah. If you get out to Tybee Island, some nice seafood restaurants out there as well a Paula Deen's brothers restaurant. The Civil War history at the fort is interesting as well.

Jim, Working from memory and this photo, I think mine were A. hot header drain, B. cold header drain, and C. tank drain. Photo is behind the panel on a 2014 42DEQ. Eric

Thanks Eric. I had heard the same thing over a year ago. I'm still waiting on Entegra CS to get back with me. I'll repost once we get feedback.

Also interested in the answer to this question, and a couple others.
Trying to get full plumbing diagrams from Entegra.
Wondering why, when I turn the valve to "fresh water fill", my pump (if on) races continuosly, and the house has no water pressure.
Previous motorhomes have happily pumped water from the tank while also filling it.

Pump is doing a 'Round Robin'
Sucking water up from fresh water tank then discharging into cold water plumbing lines and going back to fresh water tank via 'fill valve'
Just depends on HOW/WHERE 'fill' is within the plumbing lines

Ours does the same thing. I suspect there may be a T in the line from the water tank to the pump, that the city water connects to. When you flip the valve to Fill, it shuts off the flow to the pump and permits city water to flow into the tank via the same line the pump draws water from.
I’ll take a look at our coach when we get it back.

Always turn off your water pump when filling your fresh tank. That will not happen to you.

Jim, thanks for that. Yes, I’m aware of the need to turn off the pump while filling.
I’d like to understand if there is a reason why they plumbed it the way they did.
If not, it seems easy enough to change that small irritation.

Ok, straight from PJ..
The fresh water supply is oriented as follows on pretty much everything dating back to the TS days.
TANK—CITY FILL VALVE—WATER PUMP—HOUSE FILTER—FRESH SUPPLY THROUGHOUT COACH Incl. (Fridge/Drinking water filter, Aquahot cold supply, Sinks, Cold Shower, Cold Washer, Etc.
When you turn the CITY FILL VALVE to Fill, it cuts off water supply to the water pump, and uses the supply line to fill the tank.
Eliminating that small irritant is easy enough, but requires another PEX line seeing as the supply line acts as a fill line when the valve is turned.
If you do this, realize you lose the capability (without further plumbing mods) to use the water pump to suction feed and fill the fresh water tank from an unpressurized clean water supply.
As the coaches are produced, you can actually use the winterizing line to fill the fresh water tank. You guys all knew that, but I just learned about that feature, and thought it was pretty cool. I can’t imagine when we would need it, but it’s still cool.
PJ is sending a diagram of the drain lines, however they don’t have a supply diagram. Evidently, they’ve been asking for one for a long time.
