Normally the fuse would be in the house fuse panel, with such systems as water heater, furnace, interior lights, refrigerator, etc. Have you checked for power at the pump itself? Often they are wired so 12(+) is constant (through a fuse) and the ground is switched through an Intellitec water pump controller that allows pump control from multiple switch locations. If you find the ground wire isn't connected, it's likely to be the controller instead of the fuse.

This was not the location of the fuse in the 2012?
"The fuse for the water pump is the one marked monitor panel in the fuse closet."

I found one marked monitor panel...do you know why it's tag "monitor" panel? Is it for something else besides the water pump?
I'll have to check it out?
Why doesn't it just say water pump? Confusing

The monitor panel, I'm guessing, is the panel that shows the levels in your tanks. The fact that all are powered by the same circuit that powers the water pump, simplifies things for you. If the levels don't display when button is pushed, then that will also indicate the water pump is out. The fact that the monitor panel and water pump are on the same circuit might also be a good place to look for the pump controller that allows multiple water pump switch locations.

It's getting harder and harder with over 3,000 owners to get through for a simple question. Also finding a few of the newer CS reps aren't up to speed yet on the "older" coaches. Just my experience lately.

One reason the search function is so valuable. Normally someone has been through it, spent the time finding the answer and posting it. I'll bet Gary had the same question when he finally found it. Bob's answer is probably correct as to why.
