You should have three pumps you can check manually.
2 in the AH box itself and one in the passenger side bay where your water tank is located.
This bay does not have latch so you will need to remove screws at the bottom of the bay door.
You need to touch each pump to see if they are operational -- pumping fluid.

all you need to do is touch the hoses to see if they are pumping looking in from the drivers side there are 2 red hoses coming out of the top side by side the left one is zone 1 and 5 output the right one is zone 3 and the basement. Further back in you will see 2 red hoses that are about 8 to 10 in apart the left one should be zone 1 and 5 return and the right should be zone 3 and basement return.

Perhaps the thermostat itself needs reprogramming?

1mainiac is right -- hose temperature is the quickest way to determine if hot fluid is being circulated by the pumps.

Sitting here in Pigeon Forge waiting for CS, AH and
Ricky's RV Service to make a decision. It has now been 5 days and the DW is getting very frustrated:( we are using our fireplace and a ceramic heater so we are staying warm. However, it shouldn't take this long for the problem to be diagnosed!!!

Dawg44b:
What did Entegra CS do for you?
The emergency after hours number is setup for issues just like this.
I am surprised they are not on the phone with you right now.

Dawg, following this post very closely for personal knowledge and sure hope you will soon have heat. Is there another moble guy that AH or Entegra can send out that may have some fresh ideas? Where are you staying in Pigeon Forge? If it is one of the larger parks, might check with the front desk and see if they know of an "expert" AH person in the area. Might also check with CS if you haven't done so already. Entegra has some pretty top notch mobile guys across the country they know of. Good luck and keep us updated.

The RV service guy is back with tools to blow out
Lines for zone 1 & 2. Joe discovered yesterday that there is a blockage (not air) but some kind of substance. He came back this morning with some serious tools, pipes and nozzles. Joe is confident that will fix our issue with our 400LP. Meanwhile last night zone 3 kept us nice and warm

Is this the first time the AH has been used for heat?

Might not be a plugged line but a kinked line. Have you tried running zone 1&2 with the galley slide in? Hope Joe doesn't use too much pressure and blow the line or a junction out.

Joe found 3 kinks in two lines. One under the sink floor panel. The other two with slides in next to pantry on 44b. He is currently reroute the excess lines. The excess lines were running upward to the inside of the top drawers and then back down. He is going to run the lines parallel with the gray line.

Wow. Glad they have it figured out, but I'm confused. Wouldn't the Aquahot burner kick in even with kinked lines?
