What is this?
Found this protruding out from underneath my vanity slide in the bedroom.
Torn piece of sticky foam, originally in front of one of the slide rollers. The other rollers have the same foam. What's the purpose? Is it some sort of wiper for the roller? The slide is not flush with the floor, so I don't think it's a cushion.

You should probably ask customer service.

It might be a wiper to prevent dirt from packing onto the roller by clearing the path of any debris as it rolls to prevent scratching the polished tile? Just a guess on my part.

That's what I think. I have some of that stuff in my shop somewhere and will replace it.

Entegra CS says it is meant to keep slide roller from rattling.
Not sure I'd hear it rattling so far back there, and with a little hearing loss to boot.

We've had our new '15 Aspire for about 5 weeks now, and just started traveling 3 weeks ago. A very loud rattle began in the back of the coach. I went out back listening carefully and it sounds like it's coming from maybe above the dryer area? Anyone else had this type of rattle? Hopefully it's an easy fix because it sounds like we're in an old coach with this noise. On the plus side my husband says the coach drives like a dream, dual axels make a huge difference. It's sad for me to read all the wonderful reviews about these Entegra coaches when we've had so many issues with ours. Had to spend 2 weeks at LD after taking delivery just to get the flawed paint job on the slide fixed. When they finally got us into the body shop it came back in worse condition than before it went in, fortunately the 2nd time they got it right! We now have to drive back to Seffner this week for service as we discovered after we left there that we have no dash a/c while traveling so we had to run the generation the entire time. We think when our coach was built it somehow got by the Quality Contol Dept. We have a page written down with every defect & repair needed that we plan to forward to Entegra. Some things we can definitely live with, but certainly not all. It's disappointing as we drove so far with such anticipation to take delivery of our first new motorcoach ever.

Goldensadie, I'm sorry to hear you've had a such a bad experience. Hopefully once you get all these bugs worked out it will all be worth it. Just try to keep thinking about all the great experiences you're going to have down the road!!

Goldensadie, I hate to say this but I was in the same boat as you and I have yet to make the Rave list. I am still working on it, but not there yet. LD messed my repairs up so bad, the MH was sent back to Entegra, so I know what you are going through and you have my deepest simpathy.
