What is this?

Anyone know what this is? The 2nd plug from top does not snap into place securely.

Looks like it's part of a serial bus (maybe).
Here is a post from UTExplore on 07-28-2015 that might be related.

That is what I know as the CAN-BUS. I believe that your picture is a picture of the CAN-BUS connector that is located below the fake wood panel in the dashboard on the passenger side right inside the entrance door. All three of those wires need to be secured into the connector.

I know that as the CAN-BUS as when I was having to reprogram the Valor TPMS system baselines, I was told that the bluetooth programmer unit could not successfully talk to the dash board if the dashboard was still connected to all the information moving up and down the CAN-BUS. So, I removed all three wires from the connector during the time that we were using the VALOR programmer, and when we had the VALOR TPMS system fully programmed, then we plugged the three wires back into the connector and my understanding was that we then had connector the dash board back into the canbus system.

A CAN bus (Controller Area Network) is a form of communication, much like the J1939 which also communicates through a CAN bus. What you have is similar to a distributor or router for the CAN bus. You may want to reach out to Spyder since it appears to be theirs: http://spydercontrols.com/

EDIT: Looking again at your picture, it looks like the plug giving you the problem is missing the snap pin at the bottom of the connector that locks it into place (that is unless the ballpoint pen is just blocking it by the pen's shadow). If it does have the snap pin that locks it into place, but it's not all the way seated like the other three connectors, you may have a small piece of debris in the bottom of the slot stopping the connector from firmly seating.

It's an RV-C Common Drop Tap utilizing the Firefly/Spyder connector style. Yes this is a CAN buss and all your lights and other stuff depend on it. The "drop" in question goes to a lighting panel, shade controller, or some other networked device.

You can order the connectors from Firefly or get them online. They are made by 3M, part 3M 37104-A165-00E. Search around on that part for a source willing to sell small quantities that offers shipping via USPS first class.

They are very easy to install, you simply insert the wires and squeeze with a pair of pliers. When cutting off the old connector snip each wire individually, don't cut them all together or you might create a short. The 4 wires consist of +12 volts, GND, CAN high and CAN low although the drop in question has only the CAN high and low conductors, so the device it connects to must have it's own power source. Make sure to maintain the wire color orientation.

You could find the part at Digikey, they sell any quantity. I would recommend getting a couple extra, as they are common failures on the multiplex switch pads.

It's under warranty, let Entegra send the part. It looks to be plug & play.
Having the year coach in your signature helps others know how to answer questions. No reason to purchase item for a brand new coach.

The connector is very easy to replace without the necessity for special tools. A 2 to 5 minute task. Leaving it as is and the device that connection goes to could become an issue. Intermittent connection could cause noise on the CAN-bus and interfere with others devices. You should be able to get a replacement from Firefly.
