One thing I've learned from this thread is that your "pins" on the new Entegra app are not necessarily where you're at (might turn it on when you're enrolling if you want to meet Entegra owners in your area when your traveling). Of note also, is still a lot of folks that haven't downloaded the app. Recognize it is not up yet for Android, but if you have an iPhone or iPad, sign up.

Entegra CS owns the app so that's who you'd contact. DW asks how much of the VIN did you insert? Do not include the portion in parens. DW first tried to insert with the parens section and it didn't accept. Took the parens section off and worked fine.

I have a 17 character VIN
Which portion should I be "taking off"

OK...there is a panel on the screen door and one behind the driver's seat. At least on ours, the are 17 alphanumeric numbers and letters. Then there is a parenthesis open followed by additional numbers and letters, followed by a closed paren. Do not include the parenthesis or anything inside them. If you don't have a VIN like that, then you'll have to call Entegra as I don't know why. I suppose there is an outside chance they don't have you in theor system, as it takes about two weeks for your Entegra warrantee paperwork to get from the dealer to Entegra, and I would suppose it takes a few days for them to enter it into their system.

We were honored to be able to be part of this morning's welcoming committee for the USS Samuel B Roberts as it sailed into port after a six month deployment. What a glorious view we have out our front window!

Mountain Falls is as nice as Hearthside Groves for anyone looking for property. The mountain vistas on the ridge are magnificent! Great place to Rally when it's warm.

Yes this is "home" for the winter. We have a beautiful landscaped lot with tiki bar and a gorgeous desert view. Sure beats the snow!
