Dana, make sure they order the updated part to fix the freezing problem. The correct part will look completely different than the original. Noel

Is there a way to know if the update has been completed on a soon to be picked up coach with a jan build date?

Looks like that's our next coach.....if not a used Prevost. I really liked one they had on the lot and my wife liked a different one. Our plans (as of now, might change today) are to order a 2014.

I haven't had any problem with freezing, so not sure what the difference or issue is.

Corey, the freezing problem is with the whirlpools. I don't know if it applies to all their models. You can tell if you have the updated part by looking through the slots on the distribution box cover inside the frig top left side. If you can see a little flapper door, about 1x2 in., it is the old style. You have to look through some horizontal slots to see the door setting in a recess. Again, if you can see a flapper door it isn't good. Noel
