Windshield Wipers

I am having a heck of a time finding replacement windshield wiper blades! Where does everyone find theirs?

Unfortunately, I got mine from Entegra, which came with a higher price. I'll be looking for a better source this year, as I had mine replaced in Sept. My new blades are 39in long. I heard that some are using shorter blades.

Napa Auto in Woodland Washington was able to fit new blades about two months ago for my CLASSIC ‘14 Anthem. Took several tries before discovering the correct one. I’ll try to locate the product information and post later.

I put smaller wipers on mine. They work great and are easier to find and less costly to replace.

These are reasonably priced and seem to be well made.

Wipers123.com / 8020ww.com via Amazon Item 18-320-x2. It's a two pack of 32" TRICO FLEX wipers fit for Motorhomes with a standard size hook arms. $43.98. The only issue is that our "classic" wiper arms are not "standard" size. I needed to cannibalize the hook seat from the old wipers to get the hook to lock in.

I went from 36" to 28". Only problem is that the longer blades have the 12mm wiper arms and the 28" need a 9mm arm like cars do. I ground down my 12mm J hook end to 9mm. I can now buy them anywhere at a lot less cost.

I have read on here that the extra stress and drag of the larger blades could cause failure of the arm mechanism. Others have had to repair them. Also the wiper sweeps much smoother.

Today i took the coach out for a test drive for a mod i did and it started to rain, my 28" wiper cleaned the windshield right to where my upper limit for the shade was. No need to clear the windshield to where i can't see.

I bought a set at Walmart, I ended up drilling a rivet out to make it fit. Worked out nice and well priced.

A bit shorter than standard but the $5 wipers at Walmart work fine.
