You can get by fine with much shorter, cheaper blades. This has been discussed many times here and some use as short as 26” and say they are fine. All JMHO

I bought 28 inchers last week at Costco for 6 bucks apiece. Been doing that for years and they work great.

Replace blades can be obtained from DieselEquipment.com the part number for 38” blades for 2016 Aspire is BA1000V. Part # obtained from Entegra. The rep handling the order was Gail Presnell, very nice and competent. Would recommend.

Samuise - Not sure what year coach you have, but on our 2017 Anthem there’s a label, on the wiper motor, that provides an assembly number for ALL parts used for the complete wiper assembly. I contacted Diesel Equipment, as have others on this thread, and provided that number. From that number I was able to order new wiper arms and blades for our coach. Cost was ~117$ shipped to my location.

I’d suggest you start by looking for that number on your wiper motor and then contact Diesel Equipment. If you don’t like what they have to offer, then look elsewhere. I’m very happy with the parts, cost, and service provided by Diesel Equipment.....

If you bought wiper blades frequently it might make sense to use a shorter length to save a small amount of money each time and then rationalize to yourself how they”work fine”. Good blades only need to be changed once a year so use the specified and correct size.

Bill, I would agree with that if the regular blades were easy to find, but when my blades started draaaaging across the winsdshield, I needed to get new ones right now. The 28 inch blades are available in any Walmart and do a fine job. As a bonus, they put less stress on the wiper motor and arm system, with which numerous people have had trouble.

Speaking about blades; can anybody assist with fix or where to get the wiper nipple that comes out of the front of coach that has the rubber hose line attached to it for spraying washer fluid onto windshield? Mine just broke during a vigorous bug cleaning session [emoji23]. I probably will have to jerry rig it but would prefer to get replacement part. Thanks.

Mine broke off a few years ago. Drilled out remainder and replaced wuth small diamitor copper tube. Connected wiper supply hose inside motor front. And connrcted rubber wiper supply tube to outsude.cworjed great looks factory. Sticks out far enought to hook everthing up without being in path of wiper arm.[emoji1]
