Ours previously owned coach came with a dishwasher that we didn't think we would use. Boy were we wrong. It is a Whirlpool, looks like just an apartment version and was original equipment on the rig. We use it all the time. Dishwashers aren't to wash the dishes, they are a place to hide them until you are ready to.

Can't comment on the fireplace but it would be nice. I don't really think we have a good location for one though.

Can't comment on the dishwasher since we don't have one and rarely eat in. On the other hand fireplace a big yes. Most of the places we go the fireplace is enough to heat the whole coach, love it.

One of our main reasons for upgrading was a fireplace. We have used it several times and glad we have it. If you are a fulltimer in FL, not much use for one, but we follow the fall colors home and wanted a fireplace

The dishwasher has yet to be used. For our type of traveling, we follow the Food Channel "Diners Dives and Drive ins" it probably won't be used much, if at all.

It basically comes down to how you will use the MH if those items will be important.

Dishwasher 100% yes. You cannot wash dishes with less water than the FP uses. Fireplace could go 50-50. It's nice but not a necessity. Additionally I am not too fond of the floorplans that have the fireplace and single recliner setup.

We don't have a dishwasher and don't miss it....have one in the S&B and never use it, so doubt we'd use one in the RV. The extra storage is nice.

For sure would have the fireplace again. We used to carry a ceramic heater and having a built in eliminated that need. Really warms up the coach nice and quick.

Never had a MH with a dishwasher or fireplace. After 6 weeks with both I'm sold. Like them both, would do it again.

No on dishwasher, took it out of the build. Yes to the fireplace as I type this sitting in front of it with the warmth blowing over me.

We have and use both all the time. Would definitely want both again. We are currently fulltiming until we decide on the house to buy and have plenty of storage space. When we bought the coach we would not have ordered the fireplace but now that we have it would definitely want it again.
So a strong Yes and Yes

Dishwasher is a yes for me and a no for DW although I usually do the dishes after guests. She would prefer to hand wash if just the two of us. The fireplace is a must. Great to take the chill of in the morning with a cup of coffee and the paper while other sleeps in.

YES & YES to both!! The fireplace definitely takes the chill out of the room in the morning, and is so cozy in the evening. The dishwasher is a guilty pleasure.. Everything is hidden until washed, and comes out sparkling! Better quality than my Home dishwasher! More time at the casino for moi...

I don't have a dishwasher n my rig but if I did, I know we'd like it. Yes, a fireplace is a must for us. The ambiance it gives plus the heat too, yes, a must have.

We even use a fireplace DVD on the outside at places where we can't have an open fire. We use the fireplace DVD in the bedroom too.

Now there is a heck of idea.....that would get the neighbors talking I like that. I've got to find my DVD and make a copy for the MH

We were at a winery that didn't have a fire pit so we put in the DVD and several people pulled up a chair around our fire place on the outside TV. Nice.
