Got up on the roof yesterday and checked the connections on the unit #3 and #2. Popped the shroud off, the internal cover and looked at the controller connections. Everything looked good.

Today I took it back to storage and of course all 3 of the zones were visible on the thermostat! At least I was able to set the temp to my storage level, which is a little higher than my travel/living level. We will see if they are all there this weekend when I go to change it out.

I recommend if one as pulled the ac shroud and internal squirrel cage cover that you go ahead and pour some bleach down the drain tube. I just cleared mine last Saturday. This is now part of my quarterly roof inspection.

BTW, I used a turkey baster to injected the chlorine into the drain tube
