I have a 2008 Winnebago View 24J and would like to upgrade my suspension. I have decided to go with the Koni FSD shocks front and rear and sumo springs in the rear along with the 1.5” Hellwig sway bar. I am having difficulty in finding a local supplier here in Edmonton, Alberta or even anywhere here in Alberta. I was wondering if anyone has any leads? Also, I would like to hear from anyone that has used a repair shop that they are happy with to do this type of install. Thanks to all for all the great info on this forum.

Have you tried City Spring in Edmonton, not sure if they handle what you want, but
they can probably tell you where to go if they don't have. I have used them before and they were Very helpful, and reasonable prices.

No idea on the Koni shocks but SuperSprings.com (aka Sumo Springs) has live chat. You might ask them for some suggestions for nearby retailers/installers.

Thank you to all for your suggestions. I have now been able to round up all the parts for my suspension upgrades. I bought the front and rear sumo springs and the Hellwig rear sway bar from Amazon, and Sprinter Parts Depot in Oregon had the Koni FSD shocks in stock. Everything arrived within 5 days of ordering and I have my View booked in for the install on Monday. I am excited to see the difference.

I just had Koni front struts installed and front end aligned was curious what you paid? they charged me $672.00 which included a couple camber adjustment bolts and I had already purchased the shocks ahead of time..thought it was a bit high..09ViewJ

It would seem that you paid approximately the same as I did and I too think it’s too high. They charged me 5 hours to do the front and rear shocks. Their shop rate is $125/hr and I’m thinking 3.5 hours for the front as the rears are very easy. My wheel alignment, done at an alignment shop, was $211 plus a few shop supplies.

I got mine done at the sprinter store found out that they dont do installs at their physical location they farm it out to the tire shop around the corner, lesson learned from me but you got both front and rear done! I just had the front! The front install was 472.00 and alignment was 160.00 good thing no tax on the camber bolts..which were 47.00
