Small portable heater

Is it a good idea to run a small portable heater inside MH in winter to keep moisture down? Right now I have a few moisture absorbents and not sure it's good enough?

Thanks

I had TT on a permanent site where temperatures could freeze. I connected a electric heater through a freeze protection thermostat. Turns on a few degrees above freezing, turns off when temp raises back up.

First time I've heard freeze protection thermostat. How do I find out if I have one in sprinter class c? In Washington State would drop to 20 sometimes.
