RV manufacturers are supposed to report warranty work repairs and customer repeat complaints. Forest River was slapped with a fine for going 2 months without reporting anything. Forest River's response was it was due to faulty new computer program.
Now if Thor isn't reporting all of the repairs or complaints that is something I can't help you with.
