2015 Palazzo front air fan runs with furnace

We have a 2015 Thor Palazzo 33.3. When we run the furnace, the front Dometic air conditioner fan comes on.

Do all units do this or do I have a problem? The air coming out of the air conditioner is very cold and only moving cold air in front of coach. The end result is not very comfortable.

Thanks for your responses!

Set the thermostat from either "Lo" or "Hi" to "Au". That will stop the fan on the AC unit from coming on when the furnace fires up.

We have three choices on our thermostats, Fan, Cool and furnace. We do not have the hi, low or automatic option.

Am I missing something?

Welcome to the group of Palazzo owners. There is a wealth of info about your coach on this site.

You should check out the Thor Diesel Club. It is comprised of Thor diesel Class A motorhomes. Here is a link to the website: Home Also if you join and you purchased your Palazzo new, Thor will pay the first year's membership for you. yes, the air controllers are not very 'intuitive' - the furnace setting should override the a/c blowers - there should be no reason they are linked : /

The option to link the the A/C fan with the furnace is for added air circulation if desired. I often run my A/C fan on low in conjunction with the furnace to help in maintaining an even temperature through out the MH.
