Hello, I live in Indiana and recently bought a used 2017 palazzo 33.3 from a private seller who didn’t know a single thing about it, scary I know. I was wondering if there was any palazzo 33.3 owners in or near northwest Indiana that could give me kind of a what’s what on the palazzo as a dealer would do if I bought a new one. I’m figuring things out as I go but it would be nice to have someone knowledgeable that I could ask a bunch of questions to. I’m willing to pay for the help.

Well a lot of my questions are obviously systems questions. I’m curious about the whole control panel for the charging system for one. Maybe someone would be willing to do a FaceTime also. Wouldn’t necessarily have to be in person. I just don’t want to mess something up that will cost me big down the road.

This forum is one of the best educational tools you can have. Lots of knowledge and guidance here. likewise you'll have to interpret and discard some respondes as not plausible.

You could try Total Value RV in Elkhart, IN. Or call Thor customer service at (877) 855-2867.

It isn't until the end of September but you should join the Thor Diesel Club. There is an annual International Rally held at the Elkhart County 4H Fairgrounds every year. You will be able to meet and greet with fellow Palazzo owners and Thor techs will actually work on a couple of small items that need attention. THOR DIESEL CLUB | RV Diesel Coach Club

Total Value is a good recommendation, they know their Thor product...it's also where we purchased ours. We are on the NW side of Indy. We have the 33.2...same chassis, yours just has the bunks. Congrats on your new-to-you coach. Happy to meet if you find yourself headed down I65. You can also send me a PM with your contact info.
