Does the battery disconnect in battery door disconnect both sets of batteries?

The mechanical switch in the battery bay shuts off only the chassis battery. The house battery disconnect is the lighted switch by the door. You can verify that by flipping the switch with the inside lights on. They should go off with the lighted door switch.

No. You're referring to the round switch in the battery bay.

Corc is referring to the switch just inside the door. If you turn a light on inside the coach, then operate that switch, the lights will go turn off.

On my 2015 Palazzo 33.3 , the big round battery disconnect switch only shut off the engine(chassis) battery. I had a continual parasitic draw on the coach batteries , so continually they were discharged to very low level. So I spent about $70.00 and installed a separate battery disconnect switch on the coach battery bank.
Now I turn off both switches when I am not using my RV and no more discharged coach batteries.

Here is a picture of the 2nd battery disconnect switch I installed. The new (coach battery) disconnect switch is circled in red on the left of the picture.
The original disconnect switch for the chassis battery is circled in red on the right side of the picture.
I also have a close up picture of the new coach battery disconnect switch.
