California 299 from Trinidad to HWY 5?
Anyone travel this route towing? My book says two lanes so wondering about any issues to concern me?

The only time I've driven the route was 20 years ago in a car. All I remember is it's a mountin road through the forest. I have thought about taking the MH on that road. So, I'd go for it. But, beware of the Carr fire. 299 goes right through the middle of it. Cal fire says 96% contained, but Google maps shows slow going in that area.
