Carrying Bikes?

Evening!

We have a 33.2, which of course has a rear radiator. We're about to leave on our annual 1700-mile trek to Oregon, but not towing a car this trip. So I plan on putting our bikes on our Yakima rack on the coach's receiver hitch, but that only gives a 1-foot clearance in front of the radiator. Does anyone else do this? Is that enough clearance for the radiator? Thanks for any help!

I have done it on short trip with no problems. I don't see how that could impact airflow enough to cause a problem. Enjoy!
