I agree with your warning, everyone should check that cabinets and other things overhead should be well anchored and not filled with overly heavy items.

The condition of our highways could cause more stress on fastenings than anyone could anticipate.
Thor should put "WARNING" label affixed to these cabinets. What or how much weight they can endure. By NO means should these cabinets fail
because of any kind of down the road abuse. Should have NO way to come loose NO matter what........it CAN be done,,,,surely. Mine are fine after
10,000 miles road abuse, I think someone did not do the proper installation
on these particular cabinets in question... Meaning,,,,someone screwed up.
Thor knows the ball was dropped by this installation and should own up to
this was a isolated incident, but was in fact a BIG boo boo on that unit. A particularly LIFE THREATENING boo, boo

I by the way enjoy my Palazzo and at times will voice my opinion and not always BRING THE "TEACH" AN APPLE......
