Jack,
Where did you get the document titled, "Knowing Your Chassis" ?
Is this in our black vinyl document case supplied with the coach or did you acquire this document from another source? I have not been able to get to the coach to check the black case in the coach to see if it is there.
Thanks !

I got them from the Freightliner Chassis Owners Club WEB site;

FCOC: Technical Tidbits

You should be able to get to these documents.

changing the oil in the Onan generator...

Warm the generator up for 5 minutes or so... then shut it off.

Open the oil fill cap...

under the generator, unscrew the oil drain nut... careful to not get burned, oil may be hot. Let oil out till dripping stops and screw nut back on... do not over tighten.

pinch the two square notches on the access cover to open the oil filter panel. Unscrew the oil filter, let oil drain some more... for the first oil change, the replacement filter will be a bigger diameter filter...Dab some oil on the gasket on the new filter and screw it back on the generator... hand tight and an extra 1/2-3/4 turn. Close access panel.

add 3 quarts of Onan recommended oil (I used 15w-40)... turn on generator for 5 min or so and shut it off... check the oil via dip stick and add or drain oil as needed.
