Factory service visit is completed!

Just a short note to inform all that I am very pleased with the service I received on my coach at Thor in Elkhart.

I recommend To all with slide issues to make the trip. They are very experienced and have the knowledge to repair them. To date I have not had a problem with mine but wanted them to check them out.

NOTE:Slides are designed to go all the way or all the way back in only. No mid-way stopping!!!!! This will possibly cause one side to continue running and "cocking" slide in opening. Thus it will not move afterwards. Manufacturer of slide systems mandate this procedure in and the very beginning of the operating instructions.

All items on my list were taken care of and items of concern [one's read here] were checked.

Just one terrific bunch of perople trying to give the upper most service to keep the customer happy! Steve Reed the service manager and my service tech Barry got the necessary credit and level of appreciation by me for all they have done.

Don
