My water heater was intermittent. If it started it might go out soon after. Many times it would not ignite at all. After adjusting the combustion air it began working.

Well, I took the coach back to my dealer, winterization, furnace, several other minor warranty issues. Called me today to say everything was taken care of. Front furnace was not getting the signal from thermostat, loose wiring. Tightened up all connections, works every time he says.

HOWEVER, when they went to back the coach out of the shop - NO CAMERA!! In fact, no nothing with the Jensen. He has a call into THOR to see how quickly he can get a replacement, as I am still under warranty. Sheesh....

The 35.1 and the 33.4 are the only Palazzos with two heating units. Not sure where the fuses are located but both thermostats are located in the same location which may be your problem as the back thermostat may be sensing the heat from the front unit. Not sure why they designed it that way, but it happens in my 2016 35.1 occasionally.

Radio replaced by Thor with the 215, NOT the 212! Working great.
