How to get parts direct from Thor?
I’d like to be able to order some parts direct from Thor in order to do some repairs myself. Every time I’ve called Thor, they tell me I have to order parts through a dealer. It seems from some of the posts on this forum, many Palazzo owners have been able to get parts direct. My dealer is a two hour drive (4 hours both ways) from our home, so I’d prefer to do repairs myself, especially since my 2018 33.3 is now out of warranty. If you are able to buy parts direct from Thor, how have you been able to do that?

The parts I have had shipped right out were under warranty. I haven't had to buy anything yet. During my warranty they have been wonderful to work with. Have you called Thor customer service and asked them if they have a direct parts line?

Thor has referred us to Total Value RV in Elkhart. Get the part number from Thor and call Total Value and they will ship you the part.

Thor doesn't sell parts directly to owners. Total Value RV is just a dealer that's located in close proximity to their headquarters. You can order from any dealer. I have had experience with Thor shipping a warranty part (a complete windshield washer assembly) to me, however.
