Is FSBO RV auction / classified a legit company ?

I was contacted by FSBO 2 weeks ago to list my 2017 gas coach. Has anyone used them before? Are they reputable?
I have some offers through them now, but they want me to pay $ 699 dollars for the auction process to start.
Is this a legit company?

They look like an e bay for heavy equipment. In fact their logo colors are exactly like e bays colors and in the same sequence.

I never heard of them before and wouldn't have looked there when buying my Rvs, boats, or airplanes.

I had great results selling on RV Trader for a lot less money.
