Is there anyone satisfied with their Palazzo?

After reading through the forums for a few weeks I am beginning to sense that the overwhelming number of folks that participate in the Palazzo specific forum are unhappy with the purchase of a Palazzo.

I have been considering a new 2016 Palazzo 36.1. But I am having second thoughts based on all the negative criticism I have seen. Having said that, the number of folks that I have seen say that they are going to unsubscribe due to the negative comments are also concerning. Is it possible that the folks that constantly complain are driving off others? Dont know, but that might be.

I would appreciate any constructive comments towards satisfaction with the Palazzo overall. I understand there are a few of the participants in this forum that are unhappy and honestly would not like to rehash things there. Those comments are noted and have been observed.

So the parameters of my question are as follows.

1. Current owner of a Palazzo. If you are a previous owner and traded off, honestly your observations may be valid but are not current and as such really do not reflect the status of things up to date.

2. Are you satisfied with the purchase, and if so would you do it again? Again if you are a previous owner and traded off please your observations however valid are not current and as such are really not helpful to me.

3. If you purchased an Extended Warranty are you satisfied with the warranty? If not why?

I don't mean to be disrespectful but someone who owns a different brand of MH, or traded the Palazzo off 6 months ago commenting is not germane to the questions that I have. I am really looking for current owners who are in a neutral to wildly happy state and what are the positive things that contribute.

Your parameters are excluding quite a few prior owners that were happy with their Palazzo but traded for other reasons.

I understand that limits things also. However if you think about it the limit is applicable. I am looking to purchase a 2016. In that case problems with a 2013, 2014, or even a 2015 may or may not be valid. I am just trying to whittle down the noise.

By limiting responses you can easily rationalize that buying one now is just fine. Enjoy your new coach

Please folks I have SEEN ALL the negative, I just would like to see the positive. THAT is the reason for the response parameter. I am not living in a bubble, nor am I trying to justify a purchase.

Again I am looking for people who are happy with the RV, still using the RV, planning on keeping the RV. Why are they happy with the Palazzo.

I have seen all the negative, and honestly the slide horse has been killed beaten, stood backup killed again, beaten again! Understood folks have had problems with the slide. Read the thread don't want to repeat it again!!!!

Thanks,

Yes satisfied. Thor is a good product. If I were you I would consider a 2015
if you could find one. They may be all gone by now but if you found one, you could save some cash.

Happy with mine. Love the floor plan and drives like a dream.

Would I buy another Palazzo? I can't imagine another being any better than the one I have. Of course, I know what you meant

Thanks that is helpful. I see you have a 35.1 so it does not have the big slide like the 36.1. But thanks for the response.

Love ours.
We've had a few issues but worked through them all.
32000+ miles and counting.

All positives and no negatives makes any RV evaluation a fantasy. IMHO

All coaches have their issues with at delivery or down the road a bit. I can say after all the bugs are worked out that I am really satisfied with my coach. I am still working on a single track slide also. Love the looks of it, the great mileage, floor plan is good also. Look at all the stuff Thor installs std vs the other manufacturers have them as options.
Look for the checklist and suggestions from fellow owners at:

Good Luck with your quest!
Don

Is there anyone satisfied with their Palazzo?

"The 36.1 floorplan has also had a history of slide failure problems."
Is it fixed now? I would need more than just assurance from sales on this.
Just sayin......
