Jensen audio camera unit.
My Jensen radio will not come on. Was working when I parked it last week. Checked fuse and it's OK. Any ideas suggestions. The unit is about 14 months old.

Use the tools to pull deck out, pull the fuse from the back of the deck. Should reset. Mine did the same after the power switch by the door was shut off. Good luck.

x2 what HVAC BILL said.. and when you are not lucky enough for that to work get out your Jensen book and call ASA Electronics and try to get it replaced under warranty. Heavy emphasis while on the call that you are one of many on here that have had their Jensen set die after 14 months or so..

Instead of pulling the unit out of the dash and removing the fuse, simply insure your "STORE/RUN" switch is in the STORE position and disconnect your chassis (engine) battery for several minutes. The symptom you describe can be corrected by doing this.

Seems to be a mix of units that have been brought back to life with one or some of the procedures mentioned here and in previous threads, and those units that have hard failed due to a logic lockup somewhere in the unit. As several have mentioned ASA Electronics has been good about replacing under warranty - mine was two years old. Need to press them a bit but their response was good.
