Nope..just the deadbolt - one of the concerns I have with it. Not as secure as the original lock.

Please read the entire post and ensure you see my concerns at the bottom.
Also, before you install, go inside your coach and unlock / open the passengers window just in case the lock doesn't work the first time. I didn't lock myself out but had that fear so I opened the window just in case.
The Bauer unit is a plug and play with the factory lockset on my Palazzo 36.1 and I suspect it will be the same for all Palazzos.
There were not any separate instructions (stickers with instructions on battery door and battery cover) but it's easy to install - less than 15 minutes and I was taking my time. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver.
Remove the factory lockset by taking out the 3 screws access from the inside. Then take out the 2 screws by the plunger (not sure what it really is called).
The factory lockset will pop right out.
Take the new unit and before installing into the door, install 4 AA batteries and connect the 2 pieces along with the wire with connector. Now you can play with the lock and see how to program it and open/close the lock.
To program, follow the instructions under the battery cover. I'm not going to share how to program because I want that procedure only for people with the lock. To lock from the outside, press the 7/8 and bp buttons together.
Once you are comfortable with the programming, disconnect the wire and pull the pieces apart.
Take the outside piece and place in the door. Take the other half and connect the wire and ensure it doesn't get in front of a screw opening.
Screw in the 4 supplied screws. Original lock only had 3. Then screw in the 2 screws at the plunger.
I had to re-program my code. Probably because it is lost when pulling the pieces apart to install into the door.
With the door open, test, test and test. Now you are ready to close the door and try it for real. Should work. Mine did.
I didn't replace the plate in the frame...the factory and new piece looked exactly the same to me and I didn't want to mess with any alignment.
Now for some concerns. Just like the OUTLAW thread indicated, the new lock isn't exactly like the factory lock in size. See picture.
The deadbolt is the only locking mechanism. The latch will pull up but the deadbolt prevents the door from opening.
Space on the inside to close the door. Just like on the OUTLAW thread, it isn't as easy to pull the door closed. Since there is a battery compartment now, the screen door is very close to the pull on the new lock.
I have some touchup paint that came with my coach so I'll just use the black and touch up so the new lock isn't as noticeable.
In my opinion, this is worth the $217 for the convenience of having a keyless entry.

Wish mine would have fit like yours. Looks like I now have to fabricate a polished aluminium trim plate.

Well, first longer trip using the keyless entry and it broke!
I tried to exit and nothing...I had to crawl out of the passenger side window to get out and open from the outside.
Seems the inside handle to open the door is cast metal and has a piece that sticks into the lock mechanism...it broke off!
I lucked out and had the old entry in the RV basement and it was only a 10 min job to replace but I'm not so confident in the keyless lock.
So, other out there with the lock should be careful and carry their old lock with them just in case...and be willing and able to climb out a window or have someone outside to open the door.

Not even 2 months. I only have used the RV 3 times in that period...2 weekends and then this last trip of 7 days.
Awful...I'm going to email the place I purchased it from but I'm not holding my breath.

Well, I finally received a reply from RVUpgrades.com and they pointed me to Bauer. Not wild about that but I did call Bauer and they are sending me a new inside part.
Thing is, they knew what I was talking about and it has happened before. When I asked what I should do when it breaks again, the lady said I could use a slotted screwdriver to open the door. She obviously had that answer very handy.
I love the keyless entry but don't like the idea of a lock breaking...I guess I'll just keep a slotted screwdriver in the coach (usually in the basement) and also have my old lock ready again.

This BAUER digital keyless entry replacement will work(with minor paint exposure on the exterior), but remember that the interior handle will now not be as 'spacious' when grabbing the interior handle to shut the door.(different design than the original door handle latch)...
Here's what I did - take pliers and carefully grab the vertical 'metal edge' of the screen door 'opening' where it comes close to the handle area. Slowly 'rotate' the metal bar back towards the hinge side of the door. A small effort at the top, then the bottom, will result in a better result. This will move the metal bar slightly away from the handle, allowing for more 'grip' area when closing the door from the inside.
This action, though, may also hinder the clear plastic cover from being able the slide all the way over the handle area when you have the screen door closed on it's own. What I did was to now 'squeeze' the metal bar with the same pliers to get it within tolerances, to allow the cover to completely close. Interesting, a little effort, but it works.
