Motorized Roller Shade for Windshield Problem

We're traveling around the US in our 2014 Palazzo 33.2.

The motorized windshield night shade seems to come down less every time we use it - only down about half way tonight!

Any ideas?

I'm not worried about privacy as much as keeping night-time heat in or morning sun out!

Forgive my stating the obvious, I'm totally indicting myself, I sometimes leave the key in the ignition which keeps the shade from coming down.

the shade should work regardless of the key being 'in' the ignition, as ours always does... it will even work while driving, though you must go all the way UP, then you can bring it down to the programmed 'stop point'. We did have ours replaced once when the shade would no longer go back UP! I had to roll it up and store it over the side fans during travel for a while.

it sounds like yours needs a 'reset'. Ours didn't have the 'program' button on the left side as some others do. If yours does, you can possibly 'reset' it ...
