hmmmm, I'd be interested to know if you actually went thru the park on that road...
we tried, but the 'going-to-the-sun-road' was limited to vehicles <=21' thru the park when we went last month... they said we could travel only 6 miles and then would have to come back out the same way the same day, unless we had reservations at that campground... either way, we would still have to come out the same way. : /

Ha, no sir, we took the car. I took this pic on our way out of the KOA ... got out to tighten up the straps on the dolly and thought this would be a great pic with Glacier in the background!!!

Small world!
This weekend finds us at Whiteriver Campground near Cicero IN. We are sise by side - coincidentally - with another 33.2. Need to meet our neighbors after breakfast!

KOA at Sugarloaf Key
Had the grandkids to Sugarloaf Key KOA in July. We had a slot right up on the beach. That's Gabby & Zack in the picture along side our 2017 Palazzo 33.2 whose bedroom slide now works.

Solar Eclipse
Dry camping overnight in the field behind the Beatrice, Nebraska YMCA. Many thanks to the YMCA folks who did an excellent job of providing space and amenities for eclipse watchers. Awesome trip!

Our last shake-down trip prior to upcoming Orlando run saw us at Clifty Falls State Park.
We love love love our gas mileage so far in the new coach. Our last 500 miles was 10.8 towing, and it's just been getting better and better since new. Hope to see 11 on trip south in a few weeks.
Note the flag. We stand and honor it.

We are at Pontchartrain Landing...about 12 minutes from The French Quarter. A very nice campground!

Back to Wakarusa
Dropped off the Palazzo Friday AM at Thor DP Service Center. Just as the weekend's ice/snow started rolling in. Overnighted, having come in Thursday evening. Ironically, while inside going over the to-repair list, the door latch broke and we couldn't get out. Another Thor employee had to open the door from the outside. Add that to the list!

great times!!
fun... we did the same February 2015 right as we returned from sunny California, chased by the 'big winter storm' of that year... arriving in Wakarusa with 6+" snow and ice and could not even 'see' our toad.... it was just a snowball.... we had a ball!
