Purchased our Palazzo just over a month ago from McMahons in Mesa, Az. Have created a small "fix it list" and forward it to Thor. Very impressed with their service, called me twice and overnight the replacement items! I'm in the service industry and have owned a business for nearly 20 years and an extremely aware of comments and concerns folks have when purchasing such an expensive purchase! I will tell you Thor has been amazing, Freightliner has been amazing and the dealer I purchased from very impressed! The longest, most drawn out issue we have had is hooking up the continued direct tv dish and box(nothing to do with Thor) even know they spent the time to make sure it now works! If I was to rate OUR service and experience with our Palazzo (11 out of 10)

WOO HOO !!! Got our 36.1 back yesterday...and the full wall slide works again!!!!! 
Bad news is that it's gone again today  but just to Freightliner for it's 6,000 mile service. Will pick it up Fri.
Then it's pack up and head to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fest.
Hope we don't have any more slide problems. Dave's RV has been great. They also took care of a few misc. small items while it was there.

Eat lots of New Mexican food there! Best chile around. Durans, Padillas, Sadies are a few of my favorite restaurants there.

We have been traveling and ended up in Hudson Bend, TX (West of Austin) after a 1500 mile trip via FMCA Great Lakes Regional Rally and a service visit at Thor.
We are set up and living full time in our Palazzo for the Winter and all systems are operating normally.
If you get to our neck of the woods give us a call.
