Palazzo Water Heater

Turned on water heater and not getting warm/hot. Is there a reset or
any other trouble shooting strategies?

Were you on propane or electric?

If you are on propane there is a small low melting point metal strip right above were the flame is. If the flame is not burning properly this strip will open and the water heater will not work on either electric or propane. It is an easy fix once you find a replacement.

Ok, looked over all areas in water heater compartment and all normal. I finally checked plumbing area and noted the hot water valve had been turned to "bypass"? Not sure but when technicians worked on water leaks, they must have inadvertently turned it! Anyway, all back to normal.
