I also support Thor fix the design flaw as I am on my maiden voyage and experiencing slide problems. It is getting stuck and my wife had to pull it so it would open . I suspect my wife will have to push a bit so it closes (I hope it closes). Headed to st George it camping world as unable to keep water in fresh water tank due to leak.

Sometimes I wonder when I was in Elkhart to pick up my 35.1 in March the reason why they would never let me tour the diesel factory was because they were already installing triple rails on the Palazzos.

I asked. They said NO. I specifically asked my Customer Service rep. Tony P if I could tour the diesel factory in Wakarusa. Instead, I got a tour of the gas factory.

Hmmm, when I toured the diesel factory it was only on a certain day of the week. Maybe that was the reason..

In a nut shell it was a no. I think to flatter me they gave me the gas factory tour instead. Given my situation and the fact that I was now on my third Palazzo in 4 months because of horrific disasters by Camping World and Thor themselves, you think they would have gave me the tour. I was still in a very disgusted mindset. I really am still very disgusted about the whole thing. Buying this Palazzo was single biggest mistake I ever made on choosing a brand.

Sad thing is. There no way out without loosing big time!! We should not have to loose because a big company decides to continue building a defective slide system and selling it long after they know they have major issues with it!!
My guess is it is about time for a BBB visit.

The diesel tours in Wakarusa are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays @ 3:45 pm. You simply drive there (about 20 minutes south of the Thor Service Center) and arrive about 3:30 pm. No appointment necessary. All are welcome. They have you fill out a sheet and sign the waiver. No photographs are allowed but you can ask all the questions you want. Our tour guide was Mitch. He was very helpful. We had 5 people on our tour. Four of the 5 were Palazzo owners.

Thanks for the info. Scheduled for service week of June 16th. I did the tour July 2013, looking forward to seeing the new facility.

I think given the gravity of my situation they could have made an exception unless there was something they did not want me to see. They made an exception for the gas factory. I was there on a Thursday and Friday.
