You happen to have a picture of the floor switch you used? We've been talking about offing one and would like to see yours.

Thumbs up

Redridge,

A friend pointed this older thread out to me, as I’m getting ready to do the same install on my ‘05 XC chassis. Like you, I plan on tapping into my air chuck manifold. I also plan on mounting the air valve on my outside firewall - just makes more sense than running an air line inside the cab. I am replacing my second failed Blue Ox TruCenter, a similar system that uses a 12V solenoid to perform the trim function instead of air. After my second failure I decided to rip it out and start over. Mounting the SuperSteer’s air valve outside the cab also allows me to use my existing 12V switch and wiring. Thanks for posting this along with pics, it will help me with my install.

Make sure that the existing 12v switch is a momentary switch and not a latching switch.

It is Dave thanks. In fact, I called you folks to confirm this since the installation instructions describe a regular on/off toggle switch. You included a momentary switch with the kit, so I figured I'd be ok, but I wanted to make sure.

Thanks again.
