Try and measure just the front air bags themselves, and see what the difference is in the height there then go back to Freightliner with this info.

If it was me and I was close enought to a freightliner service center I would bring it to them. There is nothing worse than going on a road trip and having to worry about your coach breaking down or taking on unwanted wear and tear.

Has anyone had a problem with their Palazzo riding to low and scraping the front cap when going in and out of driveways or parking lots. I have a 2014 Palazzo 33.2 and everytime it goes out it has hit the right front fiberglass cap. I checked the ride height sensor and adjusted it max in both directions and it still seems to low. I'm about 10 1/2 inches of clearance under the front cap. Ihave a Rv rental biz and also had a rented crush the entry steps and clip the rear muffler bracket. I've been blaming them until I drove it myself to the body shop to get an estimate on repairing thr front bumper and I scraped going into an almost level driveway at the body shop know their was a problem. I'm checking with Thor on the correct height while bags are inflated but they have not called me back yet. I also have a problem with the toilet clogging up all the time, but that's another subject.

the diverter valve in the driver wheel well can be moved up some... It is a lever that controls the ride height. The rear ride height diverter valve is located in the passenger rear wheel well.

Update

Just wanted to let you know where we are. I brought the coach back to Freightliner and they did check the ride height again. I pointed out the lean in the coach and they told me, that from a chassis point, everything is within tolerances and there is nothing they can do about. I have tried to contact Thor but have not heard back. Do you know of a better email address than the standard warrantysupport@tmcrv.com? I attached some photos of our trip to KSC a couple of weeks ago. You can clearly see how the coach is leaning. I saw other coaches in the parking lot, but couldn't really tell. What about your Palazzo's. I am assuming the large slide out is adding a good bit of weight to it, but shouldn't the airbags compensate for it?

First try adjusting the ride height links, that should fix it.

I went through this on mine took few minutes to adjust, can't believe FL let you on the road like that, it must pull to one side

Leveling

Hey how are you?
Did Freightliner weigh coach to see what each wheel is holding? The large slide with Kitchen etc. is a load to weigh it down. When are you measuring this in warehouse, how long was coach shut-off? Why, because I have found tha air bags slowly empty and with all the weight on left side that side would be lower.
Personally, A difference of that amount wouldn't matter to me. The coach underway will lean one side to another due to road angle, wind, and how you load the coach up.

Going up and down driveways I have scrapped the front nose skirt. I try to go out at an angle. Never go straight out, you will scrape!
The back bottoms out with tow dolly hooked up. Found a receiver with a built in roller for bottoming out from E-trailer.com.

Try and email to Tom Overton at Thor. toverton@tmcrv.com
He is a good guy to solve problems.

Was good to meet you at Gaffney also. Think I gave you my number, call me if you have any other concerns. Lost it, send me a PM.

Later
Don

My problem with the Palazzo is the ride height is to low and the front bumper has been hit several times going in and out of driveways ect. The damage is now a problem as I have to do body work to repair it. We adjusted the ride height valve all the way and it only gave us about a 1/2" more clearance. It looks like the only solution would be to shim the airbags to get more clearance. I called Thor and they said they would check another coach and let me know but I never got a call back. The biggest problem with this coach is the toilet keeps clogging, its a know problem with this coach and Thor told me to "squirt some liquid soap down there to help it slide down" obviously this is not a soltion. I ended up installing a spray head at the end of the black tank just below the toilet and tapped it into the black tank flush to blast it away, as the location of the factory spray head does nothing to help with that. So far very disapointed in the quality of this coach, I find screws popping out all over the place, the doors for the bunk beds are so heavy that they bent the hinges and all the screws stripped out so I just removed the doors. The dinette table pulled out all the screws that anchor it to the wall because they were to small and the wrong type and not enough of them. The drop down bunk makes a load metallic squeek everytime you hit a bump because of the weight load on the 2 clevis pins that keep the bed up when driving. Not impressed with the Thor product.

We are having the same problem with scraping, ride height is way to low and has caused the steps to get damaged also. not sure of the solution. Plenty of other issues with this coach. Quality is poor and they seem to cut corners where ever they can.
Toilet clogging all the time, screws coming out all over,

What are you putting in the toilet? You say it is a known problem but this is the first I gave seen. Over 17K on mine and no toilet clogging problems. Don't see how that could happen unless big wads of paper, like paper towels, are going down.

Also no problem with ride height but maybe lucky that I have not tried steep approach angles. Have had a scare when I was too close to curb once at rest area and steps hit it. Another time at campground with uneven surface the steps were almost touching ground. Both would have been avoided if I were more careful.

We have never scraped or hit anything. Yes we set pretty low, but the air bags seem to do a very good job of keeping us off the ground.

As for the toilet we did have it happen twice in a period of one year. As it turned out the DW did not know to run some water into the bowl before flushing. Both time I got a pole and shoved the clog on down. No bother, no mess. Well maybe a little on the end of my pole!😝

May sound like a crazy question but I just have to ask. Are the tires the same all the way around?
