I found spec for the wiper switch and schematic there and the one shared by NettieRegina show that washer motor receives negative from the switch over pink wire. Positive 12VDC is always there as long as ignition is ON through fuse F26, connector J5 pin 1, yellow/black wire.
First step would be to verify +12VDC at washer motor connector, yellow/black wire, measure to metal frame somewhere. If positive present, check for negative when wash button pressed with ignition ON, check in reference to yellow/black positive wire.

I think that any auto parts store carries the "T". Eddie Elk.

You are correct.

When I phoned to enquire about my wiper problem two years ago, the Thor tech-rep used the terminology "K1 and K2", and that stuck in my mind. But I now recall that the relays we actually tested were the ones mounted beside the fuse panel. Thank you for the correction.

How did you manage to dig up that wiper-switch spec; that kind of document is extremely useful.

replaced the chassis fuse board today(Tom at Thor sent me a replacement)...
one of the easiest 'fixes' ever, and though I was concerned that the removal of the HOT lead from the original board to the new one might RESET chassis information, it turns out that this board, installed by Thor, has nothing to do with the actual Freightliner chassis, but more about the items that Thor puts in place when they build the unit, such as Dash Fans, Windshield Shade, Overhead Light, etc.
The board allows for 3 'ON' scenerios, depending on what item - with basics such as Shade and Driver Seat 'Always On', Fans and HVAC blower available when key is in 'AC'(accessory) position, and Emergency Buzzer(Legs) and Windshield Wipers only with IGNITION on. The two Relay blocks provide for these flows.

I removed my wiper arms to mill the J-hooks to 9mm so less expensive 28" wiper blades could be used. Discovered the passenger side blade arm boss did not have spline grooves cut in it. It was jammed on by one of Thor's "ace" people and the nut was just engaged. I counter bored a shoulder into the boss so it would go onto the shaft deeper and left a shoulder edge to engage the shaft spline. The nut was then able to go on further and could then be tightened properly. Zero quality control & "craftsmanship". This is my 69th repair/improvement on a 2015 33.3
