I majored in industrial technology with a concentration in electronic so I feel pretty sure i followed the directions in the video but the jumper did nothing. One of the holes felt like absolutely nothing in there while the other stopped my jumper.

Ted, maybe that socket is pushed in and you not getting connection. There is another option - jumper T to H. It will start ice making cycle. When you hear a click, remove jumper. You need to have water system pressurized with air and you will see at the end of the cycle air will push water out. You would have to repeat cycle 3 - 4 times to get all water out.

Ted, in the video the guy misspoke - he said jumping V to L will activate water pump. Actually it will open water valve and if you have no pressure in the system nothing will happened.
