Wiring at running light

I’m trying to replace regular back right red running light with LED. I see both are black? Which is positive and negative?

You can verifypolarity if you can get to a good chassis (metal) ground. Just use your voltmeter or test light between one wire and ground. If the meter moves or light is on, you found your positive wire.

I replaced one and all is good but another one replaced does not light up?

I thought it could be a faulty light so tried another but it too will not light up.

I have power so could I have several bad lights?
