We each have our preferences. My wife, Martha, and I thought the stock mattress with a down topper was great.

spent too many years complaing about elcheapo rv matresses in past units. Did the matress topper thing in our TC.

Not sayin the Denver matress is cheap, never even tried sleeping in it. Son needed a new matress so 1+1=3 and voila.

I usually fall asleep on the couch. By the time I wake up and stagger to the bed I am out before I hit the mattress. If I had a more comfortable couch, I wouldn't need a bed.
