September 20,21,& 22 @ Danforth Resort in Freedom,196 Shawtown Road Freedom, New Hampshire 03836

https://www.danforthbay.com
We have reservation for Sept.19th through the 23, Site # 18 in loop A.
At this time there is plenty of room in Loop A & B both loops have water, sewer and electric service.
A's are pull through and B'S are back in wooded sites.
Please let the resort know that your with the group in loop A&B site 18

This is a great time of year to be in New England, country fairs the start of the fall foliage season and also offers a great opportunity to the MT Washington area and the coastal areas of New Hampshire and Maine.

Glad to see this post as we have been watching for it. We had planned to head southwest in early September, but we may have to route the long way around. Will talk it over with the Mrs. and continue to watch this thread.
Thanks for posting.

2019 Fall Rally

What an exciting prospect!

We would love to commit, but this will be on the tail end of our Alaska adventure, and I'm not sure we can make the dates.

It will take some pretty precise trip planning and, as we all know, sometimes Murphy rides along.

We are hopeful, however.

Y'all have a great time.

Please do! It was also rumored that some ORV owners from out west might be caravaning East also! I was out west during their peak season last fall, some conifers mixed in with some yellow leaved trees in British Columbia, Washington and Oregon, it was nice. Nothing quite explains the explosion of colors here in the east. The sugar maples are just beautiful! Their syrup’s not bad either! Currently $40 a gallon. Weather is normally very nice for outdoor activities.

Chris, just mentioned to me about the rally. As with Ken (Kcfissel) we will "Most likely" be in Alaska this summer too. When we made the trip in 2016 we didn't get back to Ohio till Sept 11-15.

We are in! DW has given the OK and we are going to stop in NH on our way to AZ. We have been RV'ing for several years, but this will be our first ever rally of any sort. She has always wanted to visit NE in the fall for leaf viewing, and this should be a great opportunity.

We will call the campground in the morning and make our reservations.

We will be in A-4, arriving the 19th and leaving the 23rd. This event marks a couple firsts for us; first rally and first time we have stayed in one place for this length of time. Look forward to meeting everyone.

Lets see, drive from North Pole Alaska to Freedom NH. (4800 miles) Plan to leave NP. about Labor Day Weekend, for about two weeks back to Ohio...We usually do a New England "swing" every 3-4th year...

*** Add Eastern ORV rally to the "RV Events and Gatherings" section of IRV2...and the Facebook Outdoors RV Owners group

It’s only 4262 miles to the Danforth Campgrounds. We’ll all wish for an early Christmas and write notes to Santa. Perhaps you’ll be able to borrow some reindeer?
