Bedroom Floor

New to us Glacier Peak, anyone know why the floor is elevated on the sides of the queen bed in the master? Framing underneath?

I'm over six feet and cannot walk down the side of the bed with stooping Plus bad back makes this a challenge.

Thanks!

That is the upper chassis frame. Fairly typical on mid-profile design 5th wheels. I understand how you feel as it's the same problem for me.
