I can't help you with a fair offer but a dealership's cost to get the trailer on their lot would vary across Canada. I assume you mean one in the Edmonton area or western Canada?

Different model, but fairly close comparison, I know a US dealer that has a new '16 (Creekside)23bhs for 25k out the door

RV trader has two (used) ones for $18 & $19k US funds But not the 2016 black rock 26bhs

The $17,995 one is at Thompson RV, a very reputable dealer. ( Blackrock 19b)

I see a few other 2016 black rock 26bhs and dealers out west (US) but none have a price listed.
