Tank Valve Handles

Question: are the tank valve handles supposed to be tightened occasionally and do they loosen up on their own?

Our 2014 Creekside 23BHS seems to have loose handles (not seated all the way tight.)
Thanks!

I read that some people where having issues with the handles coming off so I took them off and put a couple of drops of BLUE (removable) Locktite on the treads.
