Factory tour

I am posting this from the Eagle Hot Lake RV park just outside La Grande. Having taken delivery of our new Glacier Peak 26CIS in August, we decided on a one week vacation in Oregon to try out the new RV, have a holiday and while here, go to the factory in La Grande. I had my small and slightly picky list for Dave to go through "while I was here". I am a family doc and I know all about "the dreaded list".....hey doc, while I am here, just thought I would ask. Anyway, Dave and his team including Zane, were great. It took a little while, but all concerns were professionally addressed and resolved.
While this was happening, Kevin took my wife and myself on a detailed tour. That was excellent!! While I need to know how everything works (and why), my wife would probably rather be quilting.....anyway we both enjoyed the the visit with Kevin and the time flew by. To say that we were impressed with the quality that goes into these units would be an understatement. This is a big Thank you to the Outdoors RV team, including the receptionist at "Parts and Service" for looking after us us so well.

Larv, Coops, and myself took the tour as a small group. We asked many questions that had never been asked before. Kevin got his skills sharpened that day. I am sure he still remembers that group. They are really a great bunch there and I strongly suggest you take that tour and ask those questions you always wanted to know the answer to.

Absolutely, wife and I took the tour and it confirmed the fact we picked the right rv. Great tour and great product, and team of Manufacturers.
